The hotel's location is great, just steps from shopping and transit, which makes it convenient. Though the room was clean and had a good view, it lacked a kettle and had some noise issues at night. I appreciated the helpful staff and solid breakfast options.

The hotel offers exceptionally good and savoury breakfast with a nice urban view and every taste, as example. Cozy atmosphere, even so some people working here are not particularly friendly. It has good and absolutely perfect location very close to Arik-Brauer-Haus. Close proximity to Mariahilfer Strasse, efficient luggage storage services, fine views from higher floors

Noise from traffic and trams can be unbearable at night!!! Dated decor in some rooms gives a less modern impression overall. Poor housekeeping left much to be desired, with insufficient amenities like towels or a kettle.

The staff at the reception were polite and accommodating, great to check in earlier than expected. The cleanliness of our room stood out as well, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Convinient location near subway and one of the most important railway stations in Vienna (Westbahnhof). Also close to one of big shopping streets (Mariahilferstrasse). All rooms are airconditioned.

Greatly enjoyed how the soundproof and big standard double room with basic equipment was arranged when we arrived. The hotel's location was particularly good and perfect, very close to Close to the metro station, all main attractions, subway, main train station and tram stations, and Very near the metro.

The staff was not always friendly.

The staff were all couteous & helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable & the location was perfect as only a few minutes walk from the station. In all, an excellent stay & would stay there again.

The breakfast in the hotel is very good, I appreciate the perfect location of the hotel, close to Mariahilfer Str. and Westbahnhof, underground car park and all sights can be reached by public transport.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend rest in Vienna with attractive and competitive value for money. The hotel offered excellent coffee, and I loved being able to make my own waffles for breakfast. Consider using the back entrance if you have luggage as it's easier to access.
